APPETIZER MEAT BALLS | |
2 lbs. hamburger 1 lb. bulk pork sausage 1/2 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk 2 c. oatmeal 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1/2 c. chopped onion SAUCE: 3 c. catsup 2 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. liquid smoke, if you like 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 c. finely chopped onions Mix and shape into balls. Place in a 9x13 glass pan in single layer. Pour on sauce and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
