CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
Chopped nuts (optional)

Cream together butter, oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix well. Then add flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda and salt. Mix well. Stir in zucchini. Pour into 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. May also add nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
