2 c. grated zucchini (do not peel)
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Mix together sugar, cocoa, oil, eggs, vanilla and zucchini. Add salt, flour, soda and spices. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake in tube cake pan until bread test is done. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
