CHOCOLATE-ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips

Cream together in a bowl sugars, butter and oil. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Mix well. Sift dry ingredients together; add this to the other ingredients and mix well. Stir zucchini into the cake mixture. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 9x13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Bake for 45 minutes in a 325 degree oven.
