ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, oil, zucchini and vanilla. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Mix 1/2 of the chocolate chips into the batter and sprinkle the rest of the chips and the nuts on top. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
