EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
Dash pepper
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes (raw)
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. butter
Paprika

Stir soup, milk, and pepper together. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, and sauce in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Dot top with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake in a 375 degree oven for approximately 1 1/4 hours. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
