EXTRA EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
8 c. thinly sliced potatoes, about 8 med.)
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
1 c. milk

Spread 4 cups sliced potatoes in bottom of greased 12" x 7 1/2" x 2" baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, 3/4 teaspoon salt and dash pepper, pour half the mixture over potatoes. Repeat layers. Bake, covered at 350 degrees 1 hour. Uncover and bake 25 to 30 minutes longer until tender. Makes 8 servings.
