EASY SCALLOPED POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1/2 c. butter, melted 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 c. onion, chopped 2 c. (1 pt.) sour cream Cornflakes, crushed Mix and pour into oiled 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Cover with crushed cornflakes. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
