CLAM CHOWDER | |
1 stick butter 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 lg. onion, chopped 3 cans minced clams 3 cans New England style clam chowder 2 cans cream of potato soup 1 qt. half & half Cook mushrooms and onion in butter. Add clams, soups and half & half. Heat uncovered in 225 degrees oven for 4 hours. |
