ARTICHOKE & SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. green onions with tops, chopped
1/2 c. butter
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
10 oz. can of artichoke hearts
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Saute onions in butter. Add to cooked well drained spinach. Add drained artichokes, sour cream and seasonings. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
