SPINACH ARTICHOKE BAKE 
3 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 c. artichoke hearts
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. milk
Pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cut artichokes and place in casserole. Cover with spinach. Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, milk and spread on top. Sprinkle with pepper and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
