SPINACH - ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
4 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
2 onions, chopped fine
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
2 cans artichoke hearts, chopped med.
1 tbsp. J.D.'s Magic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Italian cheese

Defrost spinach in microwave 12 minutes. Drain lightly and set aside. Saute garlic and onions in butter until clear-not brown. Add artichokes, J.D.'s Magic and spinach. Blend well, cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add sour cream, bread crumbs, cheese and stir until completely blended. Pour in casserole dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
