SPINACH - ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
4 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 2 onions, chopped fine 1 stick butter 1 tbsp. garlic, chopped 2 cans artichoke hearts, chopped med. 1 tbsp. J.D.'s Magic 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 16 oz. sour cream 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. Italian cheese Defrost spinach in microwave 12 minutes. Drain lightly and set aside. Saute garlic and onions in butter until clear-not brown. Add artichokes, J.D.'s Magic and spinach. Blend well, cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add sour cream, bread crumbs, cheese and stir until completely blended. Pour in casserole dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
