TUNA - NOODLE ROSY 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. uncooked noodles
1/4 c. mayonnaise
6 1/2 oz. can tuna, drained
1 c. cooked peas

In large frying pan with tight lid, cook onion, celery, and garlic in oil until soft. Stir in tomato sauce, water, seasonings, and noodles. Mix until noodles are covered with liquid. Cover tightly. As soon as sauce boils, turn heat very low and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat; gently stir in mayonnaise, tuna, and peas. Heat a few minutes to blend flavors. Serves 4.
