SPINACH ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
1 stick butter 1/2 onion, chopped 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach 14 oz. can artichoke hearts 1/2 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese 1 pt. sour cream Saute onion in butter. Cook spinach according to directions on package. Drain well. Drain artichoke hearts and cut in quarters. Mix all with sour cream using 1/4 cup Parmesan and sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan on top. Pour in square casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
