ARTICHOKE RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. chicken Rice-aroni
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 jar marinated artichokes, chopped and reserving liquid
1/3 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. curry powder
15 chopped green olives

Cook rice according to directions on package. Add onions, olives, artichokes. Mix mayonnaise, artichoke juice and curry powder. Mix all ingredients. Bake in buttered casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
