PORK CHOP DINNER 
4-6 potatoes, sliced as for scalloped potatoes
1 can mushroom soup or 1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk
Cheese slices, I use 6 slices of Velveeta
4-6 pork chops
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Spray 9"x13"x2" pan with Pam. Cut potatoes and place on bottom of pan. Add 1 can of soup plus 1 can of milk (mixed together). Stir to mix with potatoes. Place cheese slices on top of potato mixture. Put 4 to 6 pork chops on top and add dry onion soup mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered. Uncover and bake another 1/2 hour uncovered. (I sometimes put a drip pan underneath because may boil over.)
