SCALLOPED POTATOES AND PORK
CHOPS
 
6-8 med. potatoes
4 lean pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
Salt & pepper
1/2 sliced onion

Slice potatoes, medium thickness. Place 1 layer in bottom of casserole. Add 2 pork chops. Season to taste. Add one more layer of potatoes and then remaining 2 pork chops. Season to taste. Pour soup and milk over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours.
