SPINACH-ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
1 (15 oz.) can artichoke hearts 1 tbsp. butter 3 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. chopped onion 1 c. grated Swiss cheese Drain and half artichokes. Saute in butter. Cool. Cook spinach and drain. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into 9 inch square pan. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
