ARTICHOKE-CHEESE DIP 
1 can artichoke hearts
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 to 3 tbsp. mayonnaise

Drain and smash artichokes. Mix all ingredients and put in pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts and is bubbly. Serve with Dorito chips or crackers.
