SPINACH AND CHEESE DIP 
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & well drained
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, coarsely chopped

Blend soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in spinach, cheese and water chestnuts. Cover; chill 2 hours. Makes 5 cups.
