ELIZABETH SMITH'S FAVORITE
CHEESE AND SPINACH CASSEROLE
 
1 pt. creamed cottage cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 stick melted butter
1 pkg. (10 oz.) chopped spinach, cooked and drained
3 tbsp. flour

Combine cottage cheese and eggs. Cut in cheese. Add butter, spinach and flour. Mix well. Pour in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
