SPINACH-CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 2 1/2 oz. jar mushroom caps 6 oz. jar artichoke hearts 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 4 tbsp. milk 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese Defrost and drain spinach. Mix the spinach with drained mushrooms and artichoke hearts. Spread mixture in a casserole bowl. Mix together cream cheese, milk and butter. Cover spinach with this mixture. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle cheese over all and continue baking for 10 minutes. Brown under broiler if needed. |
