SPINACH/CHEESE CASSEROLE 
4 slices bacon
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 pkg. spinach (fresh or frozen)
Parmesan cheese

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove all but 3 tablespoons fat. Add flour and stir. Add milk. Cook spinach and drain. Stir spinach into sauce. Put in casserole dish, top with cheese and crumbled bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
