LINDA OLLER'S SPINACH AND CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3 eggs
4 tbsp. flour
1/4 lb. American cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1 stick butter, melted
1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook and drain spinach. Beat eggs; add spinach, butter, flour, salt and pepper. Fold in grated and cottage cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. 9 x 9 greased casserole. Serves 6.
