HAMBURGER SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. bread crumbs

Brown ground beef in large frying pan. Add frozen spinach; cover and cook until spinach thaws. Stir in soup, soy, pepper, and 1/2 cup cheese. Cook until cheese melts. Place in greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bread crumbs over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts.
