HAM ROLLS WITH COTTAGE CHEESE IN
SOUR CREAM SAUCE
 
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. cream style cottage cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. cooked ham, sliced

Combine soup and 1/2 cup sour cream in a bowl; set aside. Combine remaining sour cream with cottage cheese, eggs, onions, spinach, mustard and salt; mix well. Spoon 2 tablespoonsful of cottage cheese filling onto each ham slice. Roll up ham, folding in the edges. Place in shallow baking dish. Cover with sour cream sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Yield 8 servings.
