CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 glass of Old English sharp cheese, soften to room temperature
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Blue cheese dip or dressing
1 tbsp. tartar sauce
Dash of garlic

Mix and refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll in ball in pecans and parsley flakes.
