Rye or pumpernickel bread (round loaf) 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise 1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, diced 1 sm. onion, diced 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Hollow out center of bread loaf. Tear up into pieces suitable for dipping. Toast the hollow loaf and pieces in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Mix together mayonnaise, diced cheese, diced onion and garlic powder. Place inside hollowed loaf and bake an additional 30 to 40 minutes, or until cheese is melted. |
