CHILI CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. tomato juice
2 cans (15 oz.) chili (no beans)
1 med. onion, chopped finely

Brown ground beef with onion. Meanwhile, melt cheese in double boiler or microwave. Add tomato juice and mix lightly. Add chili and ground beef mix. Stir. Serve in a fondue pot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
