BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 c. hash browns, frozen
1 lb. "bulk" sausage, browned and drained
1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 c. milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. American cheese, cubed

Mix and place in 7 x 10 inch pan. Top with grated Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Note: if casserole is cold, takes longer to bake.
