HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
Great for feeding many people (especially kids) in little time!

3 lb. ground beef
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 bag frozen crinkle-cut French fries

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown ground beef over stove. Pour browned beef and soups into large (at least 9x13-inch) casserole dish. Spread French fries over top, covering the meat but not more than one layer.

Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, or until French fries are thoroughly cooked and just starting to turn brown.

Serve with ketchup and cheese, if desired. Recipe may be halved.
