GG'S EASY AND BEST EVER HAMBURGER CASSEROLE! | |
I personally like the American cheese slices the best because that is what my Grandmother called GG did. It is so yummy!! 1 lb. ground beef round 1/2 or 3/4 onion 1/2 or 3/4 green pepper seasoned salt, to taste (Lawry's) 2 (10 oz. ea.) cans tomato soup cheese (American slices or cheddar cheese) 1/2 or 3/4 (12 oz.) pkg. Dutch egg noodles Brown ground beef round with onion, green pepper and seasoned salt. Cook egg noodles separate according to package directions while ground beef is browning. When beef is done drain off grease. Add 2 cans tomato soup to ground beef, green pepper, and onion mixture. Drain noodles when they are done. The rest I fix two different ways just depending on how fast I want to eat and how lazy I am. I either add the noodles to the ground beef and tomato soup mixture on the stove in the skillet I cooked the ground beef and put the cheese on top. Add as much cheese as desired... Or I put the mixture with the noodles mixed in a casserole dish. Add cheese as much as desired on top. Put in oven at 350°F until cheese is melted. Enjoy! Submitted by: Vicki Wells |
