QUICK AND EASY HAMBURGER
CASSEROLE
 
Delicious! A family favorite!

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 (2 lb.) pkg. tater tots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small onion, sliced
salt and pepper

Place the raw meat in the bottom of a casserole dish. Add sliced onion and season with salt and pepper. Spread tater tots evenly on top of the hamburger. On top of that add the mushroom and chicken soups. Do not dilute the soups.

Cover with foil and place in a preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes. Serve with warm dinner rolls.
