POLO A LA GRINGO 
INGREDIENTS:

1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
1 can green chili sauce, same size as soup
1 1/2 dozen corn tortillas
1 lb. longhorn cheese
5 chicken breasts

PREPARATION (ANY ORDER) :

Mix 1 through 3 above to make sauce. Broil breasts and shred into small pieces. Cut tortillas into 1 inch strips. Grate cheese. Procure 1 large casserole dish.

ASSEMBLY:

Apply layer of tortilla strips. Apply layer of cheese. Apply layer of chicken. Cover with layer of sauce. Repeat through 4 approximately 3 times or until ingredients are gone. Cover final product with layer of cheese.

Note: At this point, assembled items may be refrigerated and the finalizing process, (cooking) undertaken at some later time.

Cooking: Bake for 45 minutes at normal temperature of 350 degrees.
