BAKED CHICKEN WITH RICE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 frying chicken, cut up
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 soup can water
1 env. onion soup mix

Sprinkle rice on bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Arrange raw chicken on rice. Heat soup, milk and water and pour over chicken. Sprinkle soup mix on top. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
