CHICKEN RICE-GRAVY CASSEROLE 
1 frying chicken, cut up
3/4 c. regular rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. dried onion

Cover the bottom of a casserole dish with the rice. Sprinkle the onion soup on top of the rice. Place chicken on top of this. Mix water and soup, add mushrooms. Pour this over chicken. Bake about 1 1/2 hours, uncovered at 350 degrees.
