PORTUGUESE SWEET RICE 
2 c. water
2 c. milk
1/4 stick butter, slice it
1 c. River Rice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Tang
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 egg yolks

Microwave water, milk, butter and rice 10 minutes, stir. Repeat twice. Add 2 egg yolks, Tang and vanilla; mix all together. Put on a platter and add sugar. Add cream on dish as desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
