2 recipes of pancake mix, prepared according to directions
1-2 lbs. link sausages, lightly browned

Pour 1 portion of pancake mix - each into a 9 inch pie plate. Arrange sausages on top of the mix in wheel fashion.

Bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes. Cut in pie fashion and serve with an assortment of syrups, jellies, and/or sauces.

Great company breakfast. Requires less attention!
