SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 can mushrooms
1 sm. can black olives, sliced
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 pt. half and half
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Melt 1/2 cup butter and saute green pepper and onion. Mix mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, chuck, and spaghetti together. Pour into 9 x 13 pan.

Mix flour, remaining butter and half and half together to make white sauce. Melt cheese, add to white sauce. Melt and pour over spaghetti mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 50 to 60 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
