PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
2 c. sliced pepperoni
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. pepper, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms, sliced
1 box trio macaroni (San Giorgio)
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce (largest jar available)
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. can black olives, sliced

Brown ground meat. Add onion, pepperoni, green pepper and mushrooms. Simmer 15 minutes. Drain. Cook noodles according to directions on box. Drain.

Combine noodles with ground meat mixture and spaghetti sauce in a 9x13 inch pan adding the olives, too. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Heat at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
