CHICKEN-SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken, cooked
3 sticks celery
5 to 6 mushrooms
1 whole white onion
1 tsp. olive oil
1 c. frozen green peas
1/2 c. med. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
3 c. cooked spaghetti

Cook chicken in 5 quart pot of water until done. Add chopped onions, olive oil, celery, salt and black pepper while chicken is cooking. Approximately 40 minutes. Remove chicken only and debone.

Cook spaghetti in the same spiced water 20 to 25 minutes. Do not add additional water.

Layer: Chicken, mushroom soup, frozen peas, spaghetti sauteed mushrooms, grated Cheddar cheese and sprinkle Parmesan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. 6 to 8 people.
