CHICKEN-SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE | |
2 1/2 or 3 lb. chicken Stalk of celery 1 1/2 c. onions, chopped 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1 green pepper 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 lb. grated cheese 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. chopped pimento 1 sm. can mushrooms 10 oz. pkg. spaghetti 1 tsp. butter Cook chicken with celery stalk and salt; bone and cut in small pieces. Cook tender in butter: onions, celery and pepper. Add cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, cheese, chili powder and pimento. Cook spaghetti in chicken stock. Combine all in greased dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. 10 servings. |
