Cake:

1 box devil's food cake mix
1 c. sour cream
1 large box instant chocolate pudding
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. warm water
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes in greased and floured Bundt pan.
