MOM'S HOT PINEAPPLE CHUNKS 
1 lg. can pineapple chunks, save juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Drain pineapple. Spray a 9 x 9 inch pan with Pam. Layer pineapple and cheese, then sprinkle with mixture of flour and sugar. Pour pineapple juice over and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Yummy with baked ham.
