HOT PINEAPPLE CHEESE 
2 lg. cans crushed pineapple (drained) save 3 tbsp. juice
3 c. mild shredded Cheddar
3 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Spray 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non stick spray. Combine pineapple, sugar, flour, cheese and 3 tablespoons juice. Pour into baking dish. Top with Ritz crackers. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
