HOT PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
20 oz. can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. buttery crackers, crumbled (Ritz)
1 c. shredded cheese

Drain pineapple, reserve 3 tablespoons of juice. Combine sugar and flour; stir in reserved juice. Add cheese and pineapple chunks, mixing well. Put mixture in a greased 1 quart casserole. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Good served with hamburgers.
