FRUIT DESSERT 
8 peach halves
2 small avocado
2 pears, halved
32 dates
1 3-oz. package cream cheese
1 cup sherry wine
1/4 cup coarsely chopped nuts
2 oranges
2 grapefruit
Paprika

Soak pitted dates in sherry wine overnight. Drain and fill with softened cream cheese blended with chopped nuts.

Shred crisp lettuce and arrange on chilled salad plate.

Add peach half in center of plate, arrange slices of avocado, orange, grapefruit and dates. Garnish with fresh mint. Serve with French or Italian dressing.
