WHOLE WHEAT GRAHAM CRACKERS
1/4 c. oil
1/3 c. honey
2 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
Oil or butter for greasing pans

Mix oil, honey, molasses and vanilla in large bowl. Combine 2 1/2 cups flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Add dry mix to liquids, alternating with milk. Mix well. When dough gets too stiff for stirring, mix with hands. If dough is too sticky, add up to 1/2 cup more flour.

Divide dough in half. Roll out directly on cookie sheets; cover entire sheet. Use knife to cut into 2 1/2 inch squares, but do not separate. Prick with fork. Bake 15-25 minutes at 300 degrees (until outer edges are slightly browned). Let cool on cookie sheets. When cool, remove with spatula and store in an airtight container. Makes approximately 60 crackers.
