FOUR LAYER DELIGHT 
FIRST LAYER:

2 c. plain flour
2 sticks butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Melt butter and combine with flour and nuts. Spread in bottom of 9 x 12 pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar then spread over cooled crust (layer 1).

THIRD LAYER:

2 boxes instant pudding (4 oz. serving size)
3 c milk

Mix pudding mix and 3 cups milk. Spread over layer 2.

FOURTH LAYER:

Cool Whip

Top with Cool Whip and garnish with pecans.
