1 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. fresh strawberries
1 env. Knox gelatin
Few drops of red food coloring
1 pie shell, cooked
Cool Whip

Put water, cornstarch, sugar, strawberries, and food coloring in a boiler and boil until thickened. Cool and put in Knox gelatin. Pour in pie shell and let set until cool. Top with Cool Whip.
